Former FBI Management and Program Analyst Sentenced for Second Degree Murder Conviction

On December 2, 2020, a former FBI Management and Program Analyst was sentenced to forty years of imprisonment after being found guilty of second degree murder on September 24, 2020.  Carli Reed was sentenced in Barbour County Circuit Court in the state of West Virginia.  According to the evidence presented at trial, on or about August 15, 2019, Reed utilized a firearm to murder her husband.  The investigation was conducted by the West Virginia State Police and monitored by the OIG’s Washington Field Office.
