On May 15, 2020, a former Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent was sentenced to 24 months of probation and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service. Bradley Sosnowsky was sentenced in the Southern District of Florida. According to the Information to which he pleaded guilty, on or about January 20, 2018, Sosnowsky entered an aircraft and airport area that serves an air carrier and foreign air carrier in violation of security requirements. The investigation was conducted by the OIG’s Miami Field Office and the Transportation Security Administration.
