Former BOP Vendors Suspended

On June 2, 2020, Flavor Pros, LLC, was suspended from contracting with the federal government and receiving certain government benefits.  According to an August 2018 Indictment, FlavorPros, LLC, provided adulterated spices to the BOP in connection with BOP contracts.  The owner and manager of the companies, Charlene Brach, and the President of the companies, Richard Brach, were also suspended.  The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Fraud Detection Office and the Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Criminal Investigations.
