Former BOP Materials Handler Supervisor Arrested for Bribery

On September 28, 2022, a former BOP Materials Handler Supervisor assigned to the Federal Correctional Institution El Reno (FCI El Reno) in Oklahoma, was arrested and charged with one count of bribery.  Kacie Marie Deyo was charged in the Western District of Oklahoma.  According to the criminal Information, from on or about March 3, 2021, through on or about May 7, 2021, Deyo received bribe payments in exchange for smuggling contraband, including tobacco, into FCI El Reno.  The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Dallas Field Office and the FBI.
