Former BOP Correctional Officer Pleads Guilty to Providing False Statements

On March 11, 2026, a former BOP Correctional Officer previously assigned to the Federal Correctional Complex Forrest City (FCC Forrest City), in Arkansas, pleaded guilty to one count of providing false statements. Tejuana Dillard pleaded guilty in the Eastern District of Arkansas. According to the plea agreement, Dillard knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally made a false statement to the OIG during an interview. The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Dallas Office.
