Former BOP Correctional Officer Arrested for Introduction of Contraband

On August 24, 2022, a former BOP Correctional Officer previously assigned to the Robert A. Deyton Detention Facility (RAAD) in Lovejoy, Georgia, was arrested following an Indictment charging her with three counts of introduction of contraband.  Daja Annett-Rosella Dillihay was arrested in the Northern District of Georgia.  According to the Indictment, from on or about December 6, 2020, through on or about December 14, 2020, Dillihay used her position at RAAD to smuggle contraband, including a cellular phone, a knife, and a screwdriver, into the facility.  The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Miami Field Office and the FBI.
