BOP inmate Pleaded Guilty and was Sentenced to Assaulting/Resisting, Impeding Officers/Employees of the United States and Contraband in Prison - Cellular Telephone

On October 24, 2025, Muller Vedrine, an inmate incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Complex - Coleman, pleaded guilty in the Middle District of Florida to one count of intentionally resisting, opposing, impeding, intimidating, or interfering with a BOP Correctional Officer and one count of possessing a contraband cellular phone, and was sentenced to time served. According to the factual statement in support of the guilty plea, on or about March 10, 2024, Vedrine resisted a pat down search by a BOP Correctional Officer and knowingly possessed and attempted to conceal a contraband cellular phone. The investigation was conducted by the OIG’s Huntsville Locale.
