Date

On January 23, 2023, a BOP Inmate previously assigned to Federal Correctional Complex Forrest City (FCC Forrest City) in Arkansas was sentenced to 37 months of incarceration, to be served consecutively to his current sentence, for bribery of a public official.  Derrick Sanders, who pleaded guilty on the same day, was sentenced in the Eastern District of Arkansas.
