On August 25, 2021, a BOP Inmate housed at the Forrest City Federal Correctional Complex (FCC-FC) in Arkansas was arrested following an Indictment charging him with conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute a controlled substance and bribery of a public official. Justin Wiley was indicted in the Eastern District of Arkansas. According to the Superseding Indictment, from in or about January 2017 through on or about February 28, 2019, Wiley knowingly and intentionally conspired with others to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute a schedule I controlled substance. Also according to the Indictment, on or about January 2, 2019, Wiley gave a former FCC-FC Correctional Officer a monetary bribe with the intent to induce him to introduce contraband into the FCC-FC. The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Dallas Field Office.
