Audit of Immigration Court Grant and Denial Rates for Bond Hearings

Pursuant to Senate Report No. 119-44, the OIG is auditing the Executive Office for Immigration Review’s immigration court grant and denial rates for bond hearings. Our preliminary objective is to review immigration court rates for granting and denying requests for bond hearings, and the dollar range at which bond is set across the courts since fiscal year 2024.
