Alexandria Carter was sentenced in the District of Oregon. According to the factual statement in support of the guilty plea, on or about October 28, 2019, Alexandria Carter arranged with a correctional officer to smuggle a cellular phone to an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution in Sheridan, Oregon. The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Seattle Locale and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
