Former BOP Electrical Worker Supervisor Pleaded Guilty to Theft of Public Property

On July 8, 2020, a former BOP Electrical Worker Supervisor previously assigned to the Federal Correctional Institution Big Spring in Texas pleaded guilty to one count of theft of public property.  Brad Boulrice pleaded guilty in the Northern District of Texas.  According to the factual statement in support of the guilty plea, from on or about October 2, 2018, through on or about November 18, 2019, Boulrice did knowingly and willfully embezzle, steal, purloin, and without authority convert to his own use and the use of another, property and a thing of value of the United States, to wit: a John Deere Gator.  The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s El Paso Area Office.
