On August 19, 2026, a former BOP Correctional Officer previously assigned to the Federal Correctional Complex Forrest City (FCC Forrest City), in Arkansas was sentenced to 30 months imprisonment for providing false statements. Tejuana Dillard was sentenced in the Eastern District of Arkansas. According to the factual statement in support of the guilty plea, Dillard did willfully and knowingly make false statements to the OIG during an interview. The investigation was conducted by OIG’s Dallas Office.
