Civilian Arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Access Device Fraud and Aggravated Identity Theft

On September 25, 2025, Tonianne Dixon, a non-DOJ individual, was sentenced in the Southern District of Florida to 32 months of imprisonment and 36 months of supervised release and ordered to pay a $200 special assessment. Dixon previously pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit access device fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft. According to the factual statement in support of the guilty plea, from in or about December 2023, to on or about February 22, 2024, Dixon knowingly, and with intent to defraud, obtained and sold personal identification information, including Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, and driver license numbers issued to other persons that she obtained from DEA Asset Forfeiture Specialist Lesley Pasquet. Pasquet and the conspirator to whom Dixon sold the information previously pleaded guilty and are pending sentencing. Pasquet is on indefinite suspension from DEA. The investigation was conducted by the OIG’s Miami office.
