BOP Correctional Officer Indicted for Introduction of Contraband

On August 5, 2022, a BOP Correctional Officer assigned to the Federal Correctional Institution Yazoo City Medium (FCI Yazoo City Med) in Mississippi, was arrested following a July 26, 2022 local Grand Jury Indictment charging her with one count of furnishing contraband to prisoners.  Rosie King was indicted in Yazoo County, Mississippi.  According to the Indictment, on or about July 30, 2020, King did willfully, feloniously, unlawfully, and maliciously attempt to furnish two cellular phones to inmates confined at FCI Yazoo City Med.  The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Jackson Domicile Office.
