ATF Special Agent Arrested and Charged with Sexual Abuse

On April 18, 2022, an ATF Special Agent assigned to the ATF Field Office in Eugene, Oregon, was arrested on one count of sexual abuse.  Joseph T. Davis was charged in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona. According to the Complaint, on or about December 4, 2020, Davis intentionally or knowingly engaged in sexual contact with a victim without the victim’s consent. The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Tucson Area Office, U.S. Postal Service OIG, and Bisbee Police Department.
