On February 2, 2021, a former JMD Contract SharePoint Network Administrator in Fayetteville, Arkansas, was sentenced to 87 months of imprisonment followed by 20 years of supervised release, with the condition that he participate in a sex offense treatment program and have no unsupervised contact with minors, and ordered to pay a $4,900 fine and a $5,100 special assessment fee for one count of accessing a device connected to the Internet with the intent to view child pornography. Jon Anderson was sentenced in the Western District of Arkansas. According to the evidence presented at trial, from on or about April 13, 2018, through on or about May 28, 2019, Anderson knowingly accessed a device connected to the Internet with the intent to view child pornography. The investigation was conducted by the OIG’s Dallas Field Office, with substantial forensic assistance from the OIG’s Cyber Investigations Office.
