6. OIG findings regarding Roundup participation

We identified one OIG employee, [File no. 972], a supervisor, who attended the Roundup. [ / As we noted earlier, this individual had no responsibility or authority for the conduct of this investigation. He was interviewed by two special investigative counsel, neither of whom report to him and one of whom was detailed to OIG for this investigation from a United States Attorney's Office. He was also interviewed in the presence of an agent from Treasury OIG. ] He attended the 1981 and 1982 Roundups prior to his DOJ employment.
