a) Evidence of racist misconduct in 1984
One Treasury agent reported seeing some Canadians place a statue of a black figure that he called a "lawn jockey" outside their motor home in the campground. He also reported that Rightmyer saw the statue and told them to put it back in their motor home. They complied. No other interviewee reported seeing it.
