A. The Nature of the Allegations
The allegations of misconduct at the Roundup covered a broad spectrum of racially discriminatory behavior and criminal misconduct. We describe here the nature and source of these various allegations, grouped by type of incident. In many instances, the information contained in the original allegations did not identify the year the incident allegedly occurred or the persons allegedly responsible.
