20 In December 1998, we issued a follow-up audit report questioning all grant funds received by CUNY and recommending that remaining funds be put to better use because the grantee's records were not auditable.

21 This report consisted of a warning giving Lynchburg 90 days to provide us with critical records to complete the audit. We were able to resume the audit and will issue a final report shortly.
