Former BOP Food Service Foreman Pleaded Guilty to Bribery of a Public Official

On April 8, 2021, a former BOP Food Service Foreman previously assigned to the Federal Correctional Institution Allenwood (FCI Allenwood) in Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to one count of bribery of a public official.  William Lokitis pleaded guilty in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  According to the plea agreement, Lokitis pleaded guilty to a one-count Information, which stated that from in or about December 2016 through in or about July 2017, Lokitis accepted monetary bribes in exchange for introducing tobacco into FCI Allenwood. The investigation is being conducted by the OIG’s Houston Area Office.
